The Special Collections department is a good place to start research about current issues in the Seventh-day Adventist Church.
This section of the library also contains rare and unusual materials, such as:
- Materials on the history and beliefs of the Seventh-day Adventist Church
- Archival documents related to the history of Pacific Union College
- Information about the Pitcairn Islands and the Bounty saga, housed in the Pitcairn Islands Study Center
