"Attend" the Bounty Pitcairn Conference 2012 . . .

How you can attend right in your home . . .

Now, for the first time, right in your home you can "attend" the latest international Bounty-Pitcairn Conference, a gathering of experts and enthusiasts from several countries with their presentations of important papers and audio-visual materials of Pitcairn Island and the Bounty saga . . . all in an attractive five-disc audio-visual set. The four DVDs can be viewed on a home DVD player, while all five discs can be played on a computer.

This five-disc set is only available from the Pitcairn Islands Study Center, which hosted the Conference; and proceeds from sales benefit the Center.

What is in the five-disc Conference set . . .

There are over eight-and-a-half hours of talks, and the opening and closing ceremonies, two actual videos chats with the Pitcairners on the island spread over four DVDs. You'll even hear Pitcairn islanders who attended the Conference singing together with their relatives on Pitcairn Island (a very moving experience). A fifth item in the set, a compact disc, includes the text of or a summary of most of the talks as well as the official program, a table contents and various Power-Point presentations.
